Through our Secured Income Fund, we provide professional investors and wholesale clients the opportunity to invest in loans secured by real property mortgages registered in Australia.

We aim to provide investors with a choice of real estate investment funds loaned through a professionally managed structure that delivers regular income returns. The minimum initial Australian property income fund investment is $250,000, and $50,000 increments thereafter. However, as with all Aquamore operations, this is a guideline, and we are open to discussion. Property investment loan terms vary from one month to five years.
