Aquamore’s lending policy for all Investment Funds requires loans to be secured against real property assets that are assessed to have broad market appeal and enable a controlled investment exit.

Aquamore Investment Funds operate in three key areas:

 

DEBT FUNDS

These Funds offer investors the opportunity to invest in a pooled, diversified, portfolio of fixed income investments secured by real property assets. The funds are open-ended and usually have a minimum investment period of X. 

 

WAREHOUSING FACILITIES FUNDS

These Funds offer investors the opportunity to invest in Aquamore’s 20% participation in white label mortgage funding. They provide fixed income investments secured by real property assets. The Funds are open-ended and have a minimum investment period of 12 months.
